Jun 16, 2009 - *****The 2009 winner of the "Dinner For Two Anywhere Around the World" Lottery is David Johnston of 582 KIng Edward Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba!
Thank you to all those who purchased tickets this year and helped us reach a greater number of students in the classroom with our programs. Stay tuned for the launch of next year's lottery to be announced in the fall!***
Where would you go if you could have dinner for two anywhere in the world? Paris? Rome? Tokyo perhaps? Who would you take? Your significant other? Your mother? Maybe your boss?
Junior Achievement of Manitoba is proud to launch it’s dream lottery for it’s second year in a row. Junior Achievement will be selling a maximum of 2000 tickets for it’s draw, with the grand prize being a dinner for two anywhere in the world. Junior Achievement will cover air fare for two, two nights accommodation in an upscale hotel in the city of choice, and breakfast and dinner at a restaurant in the city of choice.
Last year’s winner, Joe Masi, flew to Singapore on Christmas Day to stay and dine at Raffles Hotel.
